Car Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Our client, after signing the contract, has complete responsibility for the state of the car.

2. Upon receiving the car, our agency will check the car. The car will have to be in the same condition as when rented to the client.

3. Driver: Minimum age of 21 years for a car.

4. Driver’s License: The driver is required to have and display a valid driver’s license issued at least two years ago. Citizens of non-EU countries are required to have a valid international driver’s license along with their regular driver’s license. 5. Traffic Violations – Fines: Traffic violations and fines are borne by the renter.

6. Means of Payment: The Renter is required to present a valid Credit Card or debit card, even if the payment is made in cash. The Rental is prepaid. 7. In case of cancellation: From 10 days or more prior to the arrival of the client, then the deposit is returned to the client (any transfer expenses are paid by the client). For less than 10 days the client must pay half the price for the total number of days that will be cancelled.

8. Additional Driver: The first guide is provided free of charge. The charge for the next one is €5/day. If this information is concealed, the fine is €100.

9. Fuel: Cars are delivered with a full tank. The renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel upon collection, in case of returning the vehicle with less fuel the renter will be charged with the fuel difference. No refund will be affected for vehicles returned with more fuel.

10. Accident: In case of an accident the renter is obliged to inform the company as well as the police and present the police accident report to the station. In case of an Accident caused by the renter, the renter will be charged 30€ as administrative fees and payment of the entire rental amount for the days the vehicle is stationary.

11. Insurances: Insurance against third parties for material damages and bodily injuries. Bodily injuries and material damage caused by the driver’s fault are not covered by the insurance. No insurance covers damage to tires or rims, damage to the underside and interior of the car and theft of personal belongings. Any damage to tires, windshields and the underbody of the vehicle is not covered by any insurance. Not available insurance, inside boats / ferries.

12. Road Assistance: Road assistance due to malfunction of vehicle or accident during working hours is free.
